The Elite Football League of India (EFLI) is proud to announce a long term arrangement with TOPKAT Global Branding and Licensing, LLC to bring and manage strategic partnerships to the league in the areas of brand building, third party licensing, wholesale sales, retail and online/direct to consumer sales, live event merchandising at game sites and exhibitions and strategic sponsorships.
The deal is a multimillion dollar arrangement that will grow as the league grows. The announcement was made today by Richard Whelan, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of the Elite Football League of India. “We are delighted to be working with a world class company of TOPKAT’s stature and global reach. TOPKAT brings us the all too important ability to handle a key component of our business model and allows us to step into this huge market immediately. Our fans are already requesting EFLI product through our website, our Facebook page and all of our social media outlets and by e-mail and we intend to take care of our fast growing fan base” according to Whelan. “We have also agreed with TOPKAT to create a fund for our young fans whereby a portion of revenue from royalties and profit go towards helping those children in our targeted countries which is a major part of the vision and mission of the EFLI.”

The agreement allows TOPKAT to oversee and administer all 3rd party licensing rights for licensed products of the EFLI, the branding of the products and material that reflect the League and the teams’ colors, logos, trademarks, copyrights, service marks and players. TOPKAT will work with the league and retail partners across the globe to establish EFLI boutiques or “stores within stores” as well as at EFLI Live events.
